These Terms of Service govern the use of services, resources, and materials provided by Kabrina W. Bass Consulting ("Company"). By engaging with our services or accessing our resources, clients agree to abide by these terms.
Definitions:
“Company” refers to Kabrina W. Bass Consulting LLC.
“Client” refers to the individual or organization entering into service with the Company.
“Services” refers to any consulting, coaching, training, outsourced services, or related resources provided by the Company.
1. Scope of Services: The Company provides consulting, coaching, training, and outsourced services to faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and community-focused groups. Services include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, leadership development, capacity assessments, custom workshops, grant writing, program development, and resource materials.
2. Engagement Terms: All engagements are outlined in project agreements or engagement letters prior to service delivery. Terms include scope, timelines, and fees.
3. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information to support service delivery.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of that session, depending on the engagement agreement.
5. Payment Terms: All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the engagement agreement. Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee. Services may be paused for accounts overdue by more than 14 days.
6. Confidentiality: The Company will maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information as outlined in the Data Privacy and Security Policy.
7. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and strategies produced by the Company are the intellectual property of Kabrina W. Bass Consulting, unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage(s) arising from the use of our services or resources.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation prior to any legal proceedings.
10. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be provided in writing.
