As a nationally recognized conflict transformation executive, neutral mediator, and educator, she brings over two decades of leadership in dispute resolution and executive facilitation within federal, judicial, local government, nonprofit, and faith-based settings.

Her notable public service includes her work as a Conciliation Specialist for the U.S. Department of Justice, where she led regional responses to complex civil rights disputes and intergroup conflicts across the Southeast and Midwest. Due to her outstanding federal casework and high-trust stakeholder engagement, she was awarded the title of DOJ Conciliation Specialist of the Year and received the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service. Kabrina also held the position of Executive Director at a regional community mediation center, overseeing staff and volunteers, setting mediator certification standards, and designing restorative workflows.
